This is just someone flying up through the beam of light in Shatt.
The hard part is positioning yourself perfectly and dismount so you fall down through the opening and smash your head on the model of Quel'Danas.

The Hitler comment probably refers to the part of the movie where the broadcast is filtered and is a recording of Hitler at the Olympics.
