Make sure if you are melee in Phase 1 & 4 that you line yourself up with a cap in the proximity mines. When you have to run out for the AOE blast, you don't want to get hit by a mine.

Also for ranged and healers in the last phase, don't try to run close to him and get hit by the mines when getting out of the way for P3Wx2. Seen some people run straight to the boss to get behind him only to run through a bunch of mines.
