My first two times on this boss, my 25m raid group had a tough time. Those two weeks, it took us at least 5 tries. After those two weeks, we must have just had everything down because the next two weeks we 1-shot him [no nerfs were reported during that time, either]. After you have this boss down, he is very easy.
