I used to use Autoprofit, it would put a little icon in the upper right corner when you go to a shopkeeper, just click and it sells all greys other than quest ones. It might have gotten folded in with another addon though, possibly Carbonite or auctioneer, as i still have the ability to do it but don't have that addon anymore.
