This is a terrible argument for Epoch's victory.First, nowhere in the game is there any evidence the Epoch can transport himself through time. If this were the case, he'd be able to do that to make sure we could never kill him. It's far more likely he's being -sent- through time by a greater power that hasn't been revealed yet.More relevant to the fight thought, the most important thing you didn't mention is that the only way Epoch can win is if Time Stop can break Taldaram's Vampiric Embrace. The only normal way to knock him out of it is through doing damage to him, so if Time Stop fails to break it, Epoch loses, end of story. With no outside assistance, Taldaram drains Epoch until he's dead. On the other hand, Time Stop gets used often enough that it doesn't have a terribly long cooldown, so if it does work, Epoch wins. Every time Taldaram begins his Embrace, Epoch could use Time Stop.Of course, there's no real way to tell if Time Stop would be effective, so really there's no way to ever know who would win this without Blizzard weighing in. Pick whoever you like more at this point and say their ability is stronger.Really, though, infinite time travel? Rubbish.
