Because graylo's post was intended for moonkin I'll comment on this post as a moonkin. The fact is blizzard does a terrible job of even distributing hit. They attempted to balance it with tier 7 and 8 but it's a major issue when I'm gearing for set bonus and I become over saturated in hit because new tier shifting hit around. I'm currently at 298 which is 60 points higher then what I'd like to be in a raid. Unfortunately the lack of crit and haste is over powered by the new set bonuses.

A great thing graylo also points out is hit trinkets should only be used as a LAST option.

But how about the new eclipse change? Breaking 6k dps without a sweat.
