"THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA WHO ARE OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OR PROVINCE OF RESIDENCE"
Hmph. Just like virtually every other "contest" they've made, it's only available to Americans and Canadians. What about Australia, when will WE ever get something worthwild?

I have two teenagers. They are all over Facebook, and could not care less about Twitter.
Twitter is The Macarena of the internet.

Facebook and Twitter are nothing alike. It is silly to even compare them. Apples and oranges. I don't use Twitter as a social-networking site, and its a stretch to even categorize it as such. That doesn't make it less important, though. In the grand scheme of things, I am more fascinated by what Twitter has to offer than Facebook.
But now there is no excuse for any of you American or Canadian Wow.com readers! No reason at all not to join in on the Twitter goodness!

As a Canadian who isn't used to getting the cool foods/items/electronics/contests the US does, I'm a little surprised whenever a contest is available to us :)

Every time someone complains about contests excluding them. It's because of laws. Your country either bans contests from foreign countries, or considers them "gambling", and bans them. It isn't their fault, it's your country to blame.

I question how legal it is to limit a competition based on location when you're using an independent communications network to facilitate the competition. there MUST be something illegal in there...
