But holy cow does the voice in this raid have some anger and some very serious control issues.
If I was in his guild I would /gquit
If I was in his raid I would leave and block him.

Well don't worry. Very few raid leaders are actually like that, and he's the perfect example of what would be a terrible guild leader.

I thought the same thing, "no way would I be in a raid with this guy." However, to be honest, I think I would. It'd keep me awake. :P The few times I have raided, I have pretty much fallen asleep to the droning on of whoever was leading.

I believe everyone DID gquit from that guy's guild once this happen. I remember reading that he was the laughingstock of the server once the animation went up.

Actually clayton.quinnell and Alexisonfire..one person gleaving went a step further, and recorded the Vent of the RL in question actions and made the famous video you see here today. That's how the legend would have it. :)

Don't think they did gquit, in fact if you do a search I think there's an interview with him on this very site talking about this vid. Some raiding guilds just have very unforgiving standards and raiders who are willing to get shouted at occasionally in the name of killing bosses. Do a search for sebudai/juggernaut for another stellar example of leading by abuse.
