TurpsterVision: Tipping My Hat to Cooking
We can't believe it either – Turpster has been let loose on WoW.com to bring you videos from in and around the World of Warcraft! You've heard him on the WoW Insider Show, and now see him on TurpsterVision right here on WoW.com.
By the time you read this I'm already on my plane to BlizzCon, but I couldn't leave you guys without showing you the greatest addition to my gear since I fought off Arthas and forged the Argent Crusade in an alternate Warcraft time line. It is most certainly worth saving up your Dalaran Cooking Awards (all 100 of them!) since it will save you countless seconds in the heat of
Make sure you stay tuned to the site over this week to follow the adventures of myself, an Englishman, Scotsman and an Irishman on our way to BlizzCon - that is assuming that we manage to survive the night of hard rocking on Guitar Hero!
Check out more of Turpster's work, from his WoW parody songs to TV previously on Massively.com, not forgetting everyone's favorite podcast 'The WoW Insider Show' and of course, TurpsterVision right here on WoW.com!Filed under: TurpsterVision

Hallo, monsignor Turpster. Very good video, but what UI addon do you have? It's very nice... almost as nice as the speed add!
cjj.reed Aug 19th 2009 11:35AM
I like the UI as well, Mr. Turpster what is it?
Cronum Aug 18th 2009 4:14PM
Whats that bag addon?
Lokasenna Aug 18th 2009 4:25PM
ArkInventory.

Turpster makes great videos, but not very impressed with the buy wow gold ads that come up with videos.
Speedmonkay Aug 18th 2009 4:36PM
Yeah i was wondering if I was the only one who got a gold selling ad
Good video but the ad totally ruined it
Sarakin Aug 18th 2009 6:10PM
well he can't do anything about it so just ignore it. I didn't even notice the ad until people mentioned it because once he's done talking i lose interest. Credits and ads are something i rarely look at.

I guess WoW.com supports buying gold.
We can only draw that conclusion when their own movies contain gold seller ads.
Come on WoW.com, pick between being a foremost supplier of WoW info, or support EULA violation.
Vinna Aug 19th 2009 4:16AM
the ad I saw was a blizzard add to buy wow. LOL! 10 million people can't be wrong!
m_rydelis Aug 18th 2009 4:15PM
nice, as always, but one thing!
GIEF TurpsterVision UI.
Lokasenna Aug 18th 2009 4:24PM
Agreed. My main complaint with most large-scale UI renovations is that the result doesn't look natural - it looks like a bunch of fancy addons. Having a background panel for everything to fit into is essential for me.
*wants the .tga for that bottom panel*

I love the speed buff to the Chef's Hat. A great add-on is for cooks with the Chef's Hat is Iron Chef. It equips your Chef's Hat when you open your cooking window. And if you are a chef, it changes your title to "Chef".

My only gripe with the Cooking Dailies now is that once you get the recipes and the hat, there's really nothing else to do with the awards. I always do the cooking daily because it's quick, but I have the hat and all the recipes, and now have close to 100 awards that I can't really do anything with. Buy more spices? I already have close to 300 in the bank. Wish they had added more uses for them in 3.2.
pietrex Aug 18th 2009 5:29PM
This. I also do it every day (apart from the Sewer Stew, these damn carrots are too hard to find), I've got over 100 rewards, all recipes, and nothing to do with them. It's worth the money though. I hope they will add something in a future patch. Vegetable Feast, anyone?
Croe Aug 19th 2009 12:32AM
They do have a use. You can just use them to buy Northern Spices and sell them at the Auction House for a goodly amount of gold. 100 tokens can easily translate into 1k+ gold.
Martin Aug 18th 2009 5:32PM
Gotta love google ads....
pietrex Aug 18th 2009 5:34PM
Your face expression just before the ending screen is just priceless. :D And I love the hat. I wish we could have a Jewelcrafting and a Tailoring hat as well (etc.). Or a Fishing one, which would make staring at the water pool even less painful. Now that would be awesome. And I'm giving these ideas for free as well. No, really.

What-ing out with your *what* out?
Nice.

Turpster you dont have ArkInventory set up! Your using it on default setting which is crap! Try click the ''Edit Mode'' button near the top and you can set up tabs. So you have like 1 tab for you gear, another tab so consumables, and other tabs for whatever you want! :)
