Seems like most of the other commentors have had much better luck with PuGs than I have. I used to (pre 3.2) explain at the begining of each heroic run that I could DE BoPs and group could then roll at the end, highest gets the abyss, others dream shards. Most of the time, people rolled whatever they felt like anyways. And yes, even when people did decide to roll at the end, many times someone would hearth or leave immediately after... "what was that toon's name again? need to mail them the shard i guess..." After the patch I roll greed (expecting everyone else to do the same) and offer to DE whatever BoP items party members want at the end of the run. (I love the idea of tipping for this service, seems fair to me, but nobody's ever offered). Problem is, on numerous occasions, people have demanded that I DE the loot I have won and everyone can roll on what are essentially my shards. Of course they refuse to hand over their items for DE. Honestly, it's gotten to the point where I basically shut my mouth roll greed and walk away. So much less hassle.
