I run with the same group for raids and HCs and we go back a long way.

Because of this we use a simple system which means I keep ALL unwanted items for sharding and in return I hand out free enchants to the raid group when new items drop in raids.

Works a dream - but is heavily dependant on trust. Though recently I have been overloaded with matts with Totc and the extra HC running :)
