My experience has always been positive with PuGs and enchanters. Chanters are always good about volunteering to take shard duty, and I've never had an issue with someone not wanting to pass on a BoP item for sharding rather than vendoring. Usually the enchanter picks it all up as we clear the run, shards it all at the end, and then we /roll off, highest roll taking the abyss. And if someone bails early, the enchanter gets to keep the leftovers! But really, with ToC/H ToC, abyss crystals are cheap as free now, and with the Emblems of Conquest incentive to run more heroics, dream shards dropped steeply in price as well. Hey, more enchants for everyone, right? At least there's bound to be far less drama about shards now that there are so many more out there.
