Yup, I'm of the "communication is key" crowd. I don't care if an enchanter doesn't want to DE for the group, that's their right. I just want my share of the loot, or attempt at my share since you can never can tell with the RNG what you will get.
I send all my enchanting mats and DE'able items to my lock anyway, since she's leveling enchanting. I've also been known to randomly pass my win back to the enchanter, depending on the mood I'm in and the situation (like I know the enchanter is still leveling enchanting).
