I do not think that's true since 3.2. Vault is dormant, but will revive when next pvp season starts and koralon activates, Naxx-25 is dead (who wants to scrounge up 2 priests competent at Mind Control & timing cooldowns for Raz?) and OS nearly so. There's no motivation to run those 25-mans since the same time investment in a heroic farm evening will net just as many emblems of conquest (and 2 EoT) with much lower risk of wipes.

The rest of the post is fairly good sense, so I'm just nitpicking I guess :)
