Or you could do what our guild is doing. Recruit more peeps and run them as a second 10 man team. One or two old members can show how the fights work, and the second team can gear up to the level of the first. Then in couple of months you got yourself a 25 man raiding guild!
It really works, and sets up a little friendly competition between the teams witch is good for everyone.
