The "reward system" is curious.. I hope it doesn't lead to people being booted out of 5 man runs at the start when they confess to not knowing the instance. There is already enough "/w your XP" bs in LFG.

The reward bit seemed to suggest new players, so perhaps you only get a reward if someone in the group hasn't run the instance before? That would be welcome.
