I don't like this at all -it's bad enough when we have to pug in a dps from our OWN server - but people from others? No thanks - we wouldn't know anything about you at all - hard enough to keep track of the ninjas and people not to invite from my home server.
The rewards for leader is a suck idea too - how often do you see anyone let the holy priest lead?
Reward should be for whole group or not at all.

This is wonderful because you can PuG from people your group recommends - you have a larger pool of players now. -GreatHealer or Dontkeybind from your own realm.
Gee, I played against Greathealer in a BG and she knows how to heal. Dontkeybind is the only person on at 7am and I already know he is a ninja and has less throughput than a Shadow Priest. I'll take Greathealer, and Dontkeybind can find other hapless victims.
