It's a very fuzzy picture, but you can see where they divide up the Barrens(a straight line that looks roughly like it cuts through Crossroads).

I wish we had more detail to get an idea of the color coding. Blue is obviously the new zones, and orange looks like it could be the pre-existing zones that got changed with Cataclysm(Darkshore, Azshara, Lower Barrens, souther part of Winterspring, and for some reason Stonetalon Mountains). But we know from screenshots that Desolace gets all greeny and foresty, and yet its color is still yellow. So I don't know. All I can tell for sure is that Blue=New Zones.
