Since you're trying to convey an idea, you would be far better off following some basic standards. You'll hit a far larger audience that way, thus increasing the chance that your idea is accepted and understood rather than tossed to the side.
Think about it this way- As we read your post we are basically "listening" to it in our head. Lots of people associate "..." with a nervous sigh or prolonged "note", if you will, at the end of a statement. Akin to listening to someone sickly, terribly bored, or disgusted talk about something.
That may not be what you're trying to convey, but a lot of people will take it that way and thus the overall idea you're trying to get across is changed.
That's just my two copper on etiquette of communicating via text.
