Do you know that for a fact? I thought most, if not all, Blizzard employees obscure their identity when playing to prevent issues.

She doesn't strike me as a very hard core player. She mentioned helping people start guilds and then quietly leaving them after a bit so she probably isn't seeing a lot of progression content.

Having said that, RP can be a fulfilling playstyle in its own right and WoW is a good enough setting to give you plenty of things to do it. I haven't done it much but it has been on my lists of things to check out since launch.
