What does Blizzard have planned for a Cataclysm in-game launch event?

I'm hoping for something to do with the Worgen Curse, as an event during 4.0.

Maybe the Worgen curse begins to spread across the whole of Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms as a result of the Cataclysm devastating the world, and the event unravels over several days to the point where a cure is found from alchemists in Gilneas (ending the event). Meanwhile, you can get the Worgen curse in the same way as you got the Scourge plague.

Get infected by it, and you have mere minutes before you turn into a Worgen and become hostile to all. In this form, you can infect others too.

If that would happen, then it would be a good world event, it would be similar to the undead plague, and it would tie in with Cataclysm.
