Around Azeroth: Compassion
Baby animals with disproportionately giant heads can melt even the hardest of hearts. And so it goes with Alstrom of <War Machine of the Horde> on Dethecus, who is less of a war machine and more of a cuddle machine when alone with his baby Venomhide Hatchling. Don't tell the other blood knights that he's gone soft, though, or they'll be eating Roast Raptor in Silvermoon tonight.
Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see them on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as e-mailing aroundazeroth@wow.com with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, gold seller ads with deadgnomes any race at all, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran.

I just got one of these the other day...before my subscription ran out, naturally (bloody bills - keeping me from playing my game! The nerve!).
Insanely cute and it somehow manages to keep up with my DK's warhorse (which looks hysterical).
He's gonna be freaking HUNGRY when I am finally able to log back in again!

Indeed I'm going for the ravasaur mount on my 51 shaman but its a pain to log in and go and find the meat everyday also if you look at this in the gallery there's a carrion bird in the background :P

How many e-mails for "around Azeroth" you usually get in one day?

That is so very, very cute. One of my guildies sent my pet-collecting rogue one of those pets not too long ago, and I keep it out whenever I can. The little roar they do is hilarious.

Awww... int' it cute?
I just finished the Venomhide quest myself.
I did it on an daily basis, but for those with less time: at least it won't keel over if you forget to feed it like the Tamagotchis of the mid 1990s did.

MAN, I remember going to my county fair and seeing a girl my age (13-14 at the time) with 6-7 tomogotchi's hanging from her belt loop x_X

I bought a tamagotchi for laughs. Got it all set up, but didn't set the AM/PM correctly. Instead of 5 PM, my little Tamagotchi hatched at 5 AM. By the time I got around to worrying about it (around 4 PM), it was laying there all mutated amidst piles of its own crap.
I felt bad.
