Well, the sad news is there will still be just as much fighting off healers for gear because of this whole Re-forging thing. In fact, there's likely to be MORE fighting over all gear now.
So, if a cloth item doesn't have +Spirit, a healer could argue that he'll just lower the +hit or whatever and give it Spirit and it will be an upgrade. Should be interesting...

Not really @ nyctef.
Healers will be able to pinch more often since according to Blizzard Re-Forging will never completely eliminate a stat, only reduce it by up to half and put those points into something else. All the stats a Mage currently uses a Healer uses except for Hit, while healers need Spirit instead.
So what we could be seeing is healers and DPS fighting over pieces that have neither spirit or hit-rating, while Hit-Rating goes to DPS and Spirit goes to Healers.
