They are equalizing stamina contribution across all armor types.
I believe the exact quote was "No more plate envy".

I also believe that like defense rating, they might try building hit into the
talent trees - I hope anyways.

At any rate, all these changes are only good for the Magus.
These changes will allow them to really put the class where it
needs to be, finally.

Hit Rating will be taken out of the talents....
That's what they said.
So, I somehow doubt that they will be ADDING talents with hit or putting hit in through the talent tree.... unless you were speculating about hit in the path of the titans deal...
Although using path of the titans to cap out a 'necessary' stat like hit, seems like it would be a waste of the individuality aspect they were shooting for.
