Lok and Rhok, the hunter bow and staff. AND it should have an epic kiting-teaching quest involved in its inception just like it did before. Something to curb all the damn huntards who can't kite worth shit.

oh, the hunter quest was beyond amazing. It's my favorite quest ever, and you actually needed some semblance of skill to do it.

I agree with you, but does kiting even come into play anymore? I haven't raided Ulduar, so I don't know what's in there, but I can't think of the last time I actually had to kite something.

I would enjoy that. When I make alts you can tell in the below level 10 areas who the experienced hunters are. They're the ones shooting their enemies.

Most of the time if you see my level 80 hunter in melee combat...i'm probably randomly working on skilling up melee weapons. You never know what you end up with, or what sort of horrible quests they'll put in your path...(see: The Drakkensyrd I got caught there with a staff and no skill in it. I'm NEVER falling for that trick again)

I have a bowstring in my bank...a memory of a time before I played WoW, picked up in my explorations in the old world raiding.....
