This has been going on way longer than the patch has been here, trust me. Blade's Edge has been fixed (hooray!) but we had the instance message issue pop up months ago, so I hardly think it's fair to blame the badges of conquest and casual players.

I agree with you in principle, though. Just understand that people aren't only being shut out for 5 minutes here and there; I had the personal experience of running into that message for in excess of 20 minutes, and I've heard stories of longer wait times. To me, it's unacceptable to have to wait that long to do another time consuming task.
