Believe me if it was only a few minutes it would not be a big deal. But on my server it was an enormous issue and a daily topic in trade chat the last 2-3 months. Instances were basically closed down no matter whether it was 10AM, 10PM or 2 AM. You could spend anywhere from 20-30 minutes to hours trying to get into an instance. Most times the groups would fall apart before you could get into the instance. I'll be wildly happy when this is fixed.
