My main is on Farstriders, which I think is in one of the battlegroups in their Seattle datacenter. Though the realm is attached to US Central time, the time inside an instance is Pacific Standard. I think what they've done is pool the instance resources of all a single Battlegroup's realms.

Which, in my opinion, should help with the number of instances that can be created and allow for the battlegroup-wide LFG system.
