You misunderstand. What I'm saying is that it most definitely is poorly written, it just had the luck of someone else giving it a read-through for spelling errors and the like, perhaps some glaring holes in logic.

The base level stuff is fine; that doesn't change the fact that what's written lacks creativity, decent style and even proper structure. Would you care to give me a count of how many line breaks he uses in that snippet alone?
