I'm sorry, even the small local banks around here offer Visa or Mastercard debit cards to every checking account customer. Honestly, who the hell is computer saavy enough to play WoW but doesn't know how to open a checking account? >.>

I haven't used paypal in years, but I seem to recall them having a Visa/Mastercard Debit program that let you use your account just like a normal debit card attached to a checking account.
