Heard about people losing their crusader titles as the copy character hasn't done the horde AT quests, having to start over @ aspiriant.
Watch out >.>

The Crusader title shouldn't be lost... all the Argent achievements have an equivalent on both sides and according to the official WOW FAQ, it should transfer over....if it doesn't, they just need to open a ticket.

From the FAQ: "The achievements relating to the Argent Tournament, including becoming a champion for each home city, will not translate in a faction change."

I saw that earlier, but that line is now missing when I view the page. It sounds like Blizz has made some fairly drastic edits to the info over the course of the day. Now I don't know what to believe!

When I did my faction change for my hunter, as indicated in the FAQ it cleared my quest log & my inventory of quest related items. It also did something unexpected and removed by key to BRD, but no others. When I realized it was missing I opened a ticket & was still in queue several hours later when I logged back in. A nice GM messaged me a short time later agreeing that it was an error of some sort and performed an item restoration.
Although I wish they didn't have to clear the quest log I understand the reasoning behind it and doing so gave me a clean slate rather than looking at all those unfinished quests, some grey by now, that I hadn't yet completed due to lack of time.
