Looks like the Seattle Datacenter to me.

Probably one of the other customers installing something new...like the servers to handle Windows 7.

no it's not seattle data center, cairne is a central time zone server, so it'd be more likely austin, though it may be half austin and half seattle, so emberstorm battlegroup and 1 other

It's definitely Seattle, and only Seattle.
