I dunno... it's not far from being "viable".
-Glove Rockets are hands down the best Arena glove enchant, even for healers.
-Nitro Boosts are a BiS boot enchant for many classes.
-The cloak enchants are BiS (often by a small amount) for many classes.
-The glove enchants are BiS for many classes.
-Grenades are amazing threat tools for tanks - Warriors in particular benefit a lot.
-Having an AH in Dalaran is truly amazing.

The downside is that it doesn't provide a good stat boost for all classes/specs. But really, that's the only downside.
