Faction transfer is not yet available in the EU. Even when it becomes available, I won't be changing factions. If I want to experience "the other side" I'll start a new character at level 1. Of course, I have a good guild that I am happy with and don't have any friends who play the opposite faction. If I did, I daresay that might affect my decision.
Even so, I think you should have left this poll until after everyone (EU included) had access to faction change.

Mike, you won't get any sample of EU players in this poll, we can't switch factions yet.
