seriously, the learning curve between normal and heroic is a bit brutal. We finished our 10 man trial, and figured, 'let's give heroic a go!'. Didn't read much on it, just went in. There were the obvious things, like everything hits harder and has more hp... And then there were the more inobvious things, like the fire you don't stand in is now a dot, and if you don't kill the first guy in 3 minutes or so, the worms join the fray anyway.
We're a solid group, but that was pretty intimidating, and we decided to come back after we'd researched it a bit more. But I will say, the collective 'wtf!' that came when we thought we had things under control, and suddenly the doors opened and those worms slithered in, was priceless. :)
