You forgot strafe, a very important part of fluid character movement imo.

I use w,s (forward, backward) although I only use w in rare situations. Then q,e (strafe left, right). This frees up r, f, d, a ,z , x, c, f, r, v 1-5 (i save 6 7 8 9 0 - = for stuff I don't use much). So basically my hand can easily reach left half of keyboard with a few keys reserved for movement, I assume this is how most of the crowd handles it.

Oh yeah, and I have the g15 keyboard which I can use for my "cool stuff" like macros, trinkets, mounts, etc. I love that keyboard, and would recommend it to anyone. I have been hammering on those keys for years and it is still in perfect condition.
