strafing is definitely a good thing. i have a couple keybinds in case i need to strafe, which does happen, but honestly you can turn so incredibly quick when moving with your mouse, strafing isnt necessary as much as it is with key-turning.

i key-turned for a long time, and i got by just fine with it in pve. when i started to pvp more competitively is when i couldnt get buy with key turning. just cant move quick enough.

I could care less if a raid member key turns or not, as long as they don't suck they can play using the gun from Duck Hunt if it works for them. I just find it a huge competitive edge in pve and pvp to move with my mouse.
