The answer to the question of whether the gm acted in the right or not is no. He didn't.The answer to the question of whether the loot master administered loot correctly is very unclear. There just aren't enough details. He says the dps that switched to tank, but he doesn't say what the primary spec of the dps was. If it was dps, and the paladin (gm) was main-spec tank, he failed. If both were main spec tank, he did fine. If both were offspec tank neither of them should have got first dibs, unless no main spec tanks were around.
