I am a long time Priest with over 200 days played in game....I know /sad. The Priest was my first character to max level and I currently have three other 80's. Anyway while there are elements of truth in what Matt was saying, bottom line Priest rock. It's nice to take off the rose colored glasses every once and a while. Yes leveling is a pain, yes blizz seems to nurf us at every turn, and yes Shadow is in a sad state and not much fun to play at the moment.

All that being said as a Holy Priest I have more things in my bag of tricks than Felix the Cat. Discipline rocks in PvP and Shadow...ummm I have a six sec I don't die... yet button. Just joshin. Shadow you have to work harder but you can still do great damage and have excellant survivability. Remember...dead dps equals zero dps. Granted in its current state it will not be as fun as doing it as say a Rogue but Blizz has dangled the proverbial "Instant Nuke carrot" /cheer.

While I may get down on the state of Priest from time to time when push comes to shove I could not ever give up playing my Priest. Besides someone has to keep Druids from thinking they are the only game in town. LOL.
