- Blizzard has completed their latest round of instance server upgrades. Hopefully this should drastically cut down on that whole annoying not being able to raid thing.

Another way to put that would be to say that Blizzard bowed to incredible demand from the community to put such a service in place.
Might be just semantics, but I feel like this is one of those areas where they're damned if they do and damned if they dont by the community. When there's no race change Blizzard wont listen; When they do listen they're liars and hypocrites.

"reneged" may have been too strong a word there. I honestly didn't mean to make it a horribly negative thing, I have no problem with Blizzard offering race changes. Hell, I will almost certainly change my Human Death Knight to a Worgen Death Knight if at all possible.
