"WTB Salvs on Fenris has a recruitment thread that's going along pretty smoothly... until they claim that they've gotten the world first on 25-man Twins in ToC. Apparently they extended their raid lockout so they could skip past the bosses they'd already downed and take down the normal mode Twins first (in the world, they claim, supposedly backed up by a listing on WoW Progress."
What, exactly, are people objecting to? If they're first, they're first. Doesn't matter if it's 'cause they extended their raid lockout when no one else did; doesn't matter if the boss is undertuned and easy; they made a choice between loot and progression, the same choice everyone else made.

They weren't even first, that's the main point. If you look at world first twins 25 kill there are like 15 guilds that are listed.

You obviously didn't read the thread :P
On the 3rd page, someone links 10-15 links of the wowprogress site showing multiple guilds with this "World first".
Essentially it's like shouting Ignis normal world first. It's not important, no one cares.

WTB Salvs is a joke. They were claiming the 25 man kill there, but where's their achievement for it? Heck, I have a good friend in that guild who prefers to not raid with them anymore as he says they're pretty much a laughingstock of a guild. In all honesty. Helloiamme (the GM) should have his guild sticking with the 10 mans til such time as they get their attendence back up to being able to do 25s again.
