Tips for hard mode:
To be honest, we had no problems on the hard mode of Icehowl (where you don't GET a speed buff) to get out of his way. If you start moving its not an issue. You just have to pay attention.
Also, you MUST dps both of the worms at the same time; the enrage will #&*@ your tank (I am my guilds Main Tank, a protadin).
For Icehowl, just tank him as usual.
For Gormok, 2 stack maximum. Tell the other tank to taunt when you have 24-21 seconds left on your 2nd stack of impale, and taunt off when your stack is gone right away.

Nice tips. For avoiding icehowl's charge, we've been running towards the center if you're the target (or through the circle towards the impact point otherwise) is sufficient to avoid getting killed. This helps you avoid running into columns and getting stuck as well.
