The macro that GrumblyStuff posted does indeed work and is the same one I use for tanking. I also keep this variation of it on hand:

#showtooltip Shield Bash
/cast Shield Bash
/cast Revenge
/cast Heroic Strike

Ideally, the Shield Bash dazes the target, which gives you some extra damage and threat from the HS. Only works when all three buttons are lit, which is often. Obviously, it is quite useful against caster mobs, especially when you are glyphed and talented for it.
