I recently found another easy location (for Alliance anyway) that should work wonderfully for Drunken Stupor. On an epic ground mount in Stormwind, head towards the gate that leads to the harbor. When you pass through the gate and the harbor opens up, instead of turning to run down the ramps or aiming for a short fall onto the ramp directly below, keep running full steam ahead. You should shoot past that initial landing and continue to fall all the way to the ground, where you should aim to land on top of the glaive thrower right there in the corner. I've had some luck landing off to the side a bit as well, but I've also died if I missed the thrower, so it's a safer bet to land on top.

Just don't jump when you go off the edge. Certain death awaits you if you do! Just run off.
