Ram racing, daily in BRD, dailies around the Brewfest area was how I got them last year. Unfortunately latency will reduce how many I get this year for racing.

Pretty much any quest related with the brewfest will get you tokens. To get them all, you need to be pretty consistent in doing the dailies until it is over.

Amaxe - I hope that latency is not a factor this year - a variable number of tokens from that quest was the bane of my existence last year - i missed a piece of clothing by 1 day, so now i have to buy all three this year. :(
