Patch 3.2.2 known bugs

There are currently two major issues Blizzard has announced.
The first is a series of display problems, which Blizzard recommends you do the standard deleting of the WTF, Cache, and Interface folders. Before you do that be aware that removing the folders will delete all your add-ons and add-on preferences. In my experience, you're better off deleting the Cache folder and then updating all your add-ons, or just disabling add-ons which are out of date.
More detailed instructions for Windows and MacOS X can be found in Syndri's post on the official forums.
The other issue that items which are tradable under the BoP rules are not able to be socketed. This appears to not be affecting everyone, however there is a work around in the following steps:
- Enchant the item
- Enchanting the item will remove the tradable timer, the BoP item will be bound to you and you won't be able to trade it
- Gem the item
There are other problems out there that we're getting reports of, however nothing else has been confirmed by Blizzard yet so it's all conjecture at this point. If hear anything substantial or are able to independently verify bugs ourselves, we'll let you know.

Bug #3... your keyboard is broken after smashing your face against it the 20th time you got stuck at a loading screen

I'm not sure Blizzard's dev team is qualified to fix anger-management bugs in users.

I've experienced this bug as well.

This is a well known issue known as PEBKAC. Or maybe PEBTHOK (Problem Exists Between Two Halves Of Keyboard)

Working as intended.

Kanye West Interrupts: Yo, Patch 3.2.2, I'm happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Patch 3.0.2 was the most messed up, broken patch of all time.
OF ALL TIME!

OF ALL TIME!"

Guess you don't remember patch 3.0.2 was the patch that brought the game to its knees when the achievements were implemented. Servers were crashing left and right as people logged in, mail was being lost, pets were being lost, mounts were being lost and it took them well into 8-10+ hours after patching to get all the servers functional again...no to mention the days it took to restore pets and mounts to everyone. It was baaaaaad.

Pretty sure Jaina broke up with Thrall in the undercity event xD
Jaina: NO! I din't want it to be like this! *teleports Varian and his forces out*
Thrall: It ends... like it began.
She just hates to resort to violence :)
Ostentaneous Sep 22nd 2009 10:03PM
Before I ask this I just want to say I have only ever played Horde.
Is that Jaina? If so then, DAMN!
Xavs Sep 22nd 2009 10:08PM
I'd hit it.
Ayane Sep 22nd 2009 10:08PM
I think so...
She was such a fool not to go with Kael'Thas. *shakes head*
I'd take a well spoken, powerful, and generally awesome elf over...Arthas...any day.
Silly gal.. human men are never the right choice in a fantasy world. >_>
Queso Sep 22nd 2009 10:45PM
And that's one more faction change for blizzard..
Jemre Sep 22nd 2009 10:13PM
Yeah, she's been a little unlucky in love, having gone out with Arthas, and Kael'thas had a crush on her...or something.
And blizz jokes that thrall has a thing for her as well >< I bet Varian would be real pleased if something happened there.

Jaina obviously goes for the broken guys. (Code name 'Bad Boys)'
Women do this to have feel like they have a 'relationship' but have a built in excuse to act bad themselves ie:cheat, gossip about how worthless Arthas was, and generally get a cheap sense of power.
Ayane Sep 22nd 2009 11:14PM
It's always male human/female elf...and it's been done to death and back in fantasy stories.
I'd love to see an author take a risk and give us female human/male elf...or heck female human/male orc.
It would be compelling and interesting...for a change. >_>
Faar Sep 23rd 2009 2:18AM
@ Ayane:
Why not go all the way while you're at it instead of merely variations of old clichés, with human male / orc male? :P
Ayane Sep 23rd 2009 2:26AM
@Farr
I read that in a heartbeat! ^_^
Potvorka Sep 23rd 2009 2:28AM
I dont remember about a night that spent Jaina with Arthas, but nvm :)
To other repliers - Arthas is much stronger than weak Kael'Thas... and when talking about elfs - Malfurion is much stronger than Kael'Thas, Arthas and all the Legion :)
When talking about humans - Aegwynn defeated Sargeras - or better part of him :)
