Server Status: Coming back online

Not that this should surprise any of you, but the servers are not yet up. 11:00 a.m. PDT has come and gone, and many folks are still staring at a blank screen. A large batch of realms will be offline until at least 12:30 p.m. PDT. That list is after the break.
If your realm is offline, I suggest reading up on everything in WoW.com's Guide to Patch 3.2.2. At least that way you'll be prepared for Ony when the time comes.

I've been watching the realm list for quite a while now, realms slowly going up and am wondering why no Oceanic realms at all are up yet, there are quite a number not on the extended list. Anyone know what is happening here?

I'm really confused now, I can see almost every realm listed for extended is up now but I still can't see any Oceanic realms, or the tab for that matter. Is anyone at all having a similar problem? Even if it isn't a problem for you, if anyone could tell me if they can or can not see Oceanic realm that would be nice.

Atleast for Runetotem, though it's up, no instances are working, and when you try and defend Brewfest from the Dark Irons, the samplers don't work, meaning you can't defend the kegs.

Garithos is up, but instances are down.
When you try to enter, the dreaded "Additional instances..." message pops.
