I think it needs pointing out that Polymorph heals its target to full and fast, so should only be used on undamaged mobs. Also, it breaks on any damage so be careful if you feel the need to poly something after fireballing it (unless of course you've either got the Fireball or Polymorph glyphs, which you won't for a while). I know it says all that in tooltip, but a surprising number of people either don't read them, don't understand them, or forget them. Even in Ulduar, when the tank starts using AoE around a mob you've carefully polymorphed into a penguin...
