Sunday Morning Funnies: 'Stache
This week, I have a treat for you; a nice, long list of comics, with some of my brilliant commentary. Well, you'll have fun with the comics anyway!- Daily Quests: From the people who brought you Emergency Kindergarten!
- The Battlemasters: The Bang and the Clatter. Don't forget to read the accompanying notes. I, too, am enjoying the use of spell icons to tell the story. To the WoW community, they are interchangeable with text descriptions, and I'm sure if we could type using them, we would. I also love the fact that it's an "inside" means of communication.
- Ctrl+Alt+Del: Bringin' the Deeps. That mountain of gold is awesome.
- Ctrl+Alt+Del: Fail Druid strikes again! Thanks for the tips guys. How quickly can you spot the fail that doesn't get pointed out (directly) in the comic? Scroll back for a few more while you're there.
- Dark Legacy Comics: The Collaboration.
- In the latest LFG, there's some scantily clad kissing action. If that doesn't get you to click, I don't know what will.
- Teh Gladiators: Tyrande, My Love!
- Scout manages to ditch the crowd of male gnomes invading her drinking space.
- Beyond the Tree: A Most Wrenched Beast. I hadn't noticed the purple blood until this installation, but it looks really good!
- NPC: Fair Wage. I wonder if Chloe and Bink would stoop to licking those drops off of the floor, or if their "client" ends up mopping it up? I won't link the next two, because they are technically related to other games, but I highly recommend reading them!
- Kuo: This is another comic in translation from a wonderful artist, Ssyantoki. Not All NPC's Are Guards.
- Check out the latest from WoW, eh?: It's an awesome representation of King Varian Wrynn.
- Cru the Dwarf with more Pally awesomeness!
- Disgraph T. Dwarf: Check out a working sketch of Disgraph. To your list of things to do, I add the following: a) bushier eyebrows and a somewhat bumpy nose and b) I always like to picture him as one of those eccentrics that may or may not have been into the drink at any given time, but due to his nature, you'd really never know.
- NoObz: Family Spirit. I enjoy the slow evolution of the recruit's facial expressions.
- GU Comics: Nice 'Stache. Okay so this isn't about WoW, and I'm not sure that I can say that it is WoW-related, but it reminds me of WoW, what with all the paid customization nowadays. Deal with it.

Lolol +Def gems... fail druid.
yokumgang Sep 27th 2009 12:32PM
*sigh*...CAD...
that guy reuses the same character poses for everything and gives away the joke in the first panel.
At least the sillies can be mildly funny...
Sarakin Sep 27th 2009 1:36PM
voted down for your valid opinion haha some people just can't handle it when someone doesn't like something they like.
I'll agree with you. I used to read CAD but after a while I just couldn't do it any more.

Continuing my earlier post: Seeing more content from the Emergency Kintergarten folks makes me happy though.

"The sky is gween!"
God I love DLC.
Riltia Sep 27th 2009 1:13PM
Ah, good ol' WoW related comics. Sadly, the Fail Druid CAD one rings too many bells and is quite unsettling. It's also quite sadly a good idea of what it's like still.
DLC + WoW, Eh? FTW.

Mmmm comics!
Holgar Sep 27th 2009 1:36PM
Noobz is either terribad or absolutly hilarious. (Tranzlaxxtor being the hilarious) This one however was actually kinda good because to be perfectly honest there are a few guilds on every server I have been on that really are like that.
Eli Sep 27th 2009 2:03PM
I do believe the subtle fail is the warrior (or paladin?) wielding a shield when they're clearly dps.
Tim Sep 27th 2009 2:52PM
No, the fail is in the silly..tanking Druids dont use +Def gems, we are crit capped from talents
FantomRedux Sep 28th 2009 5:39PM
I couldve sworn it was the fact that about 4 sillies previous, she said she wasnt in his group. Meh, Fail Druid is hilarious either way
moapus Sep 27th 2009 3:32PM
The druids fail was that druids are auto def capped from talents. Unfortunately when I hit 80 on my druid I gemmed for def and raged because there was no +Def leather. When I learned about the talented Def cap I facepalmed at myself. Fortunately nobody caught me being a fail druid.
Fun story is directly after that whole incident a priest in Naxx yelled at me for not having Def gear and I got to explain to him that he should know the facts before he yells at people about their gear.
Cru Sep 27th 2009 3:01PM
Wow, this is a big list. Should have been divided into chapters :P WoW Eh (and Cru the Dwarf) once again made my week complete.
ROB13 Sep 27th 2009 10:42PM
I appreciate all the comics on this list, but the one's that stick out for me is WoW Eh, Cru the Dwarf, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Dark Legacy, and Disgraph T. Dwarf (When he updates) But in all reality, every single comic here makes my morning =)
