Thought of a couple more:I love my guild. My officers and I kind of pride ourselves on helping people out, especially in a way that will benefit the guild in the long run. We came across this one Warrior once, claiming to be a tank, but when he was actually tanking, he was getting his face crit off. When our healer asked him what his Def Rating was, he replied, "What's that?"Instead of going "lolnoob" and /kicking him from the guild like the stereotype goes, we pulled him to the side, crafted him some stuff, explained to him how avoidance stats work, and now the guy's one of our best geared tanks and one of the most awesomely friendly, helpful, and cool people in our guild. Obviously, some people aren't willing to take constructive advice, but when you help people, you'd be amazed at how many friends you can make.
